Spent time signing up, finding something i like and entering all my card info just for it to only show the US states for my billing address. Disappointing...

App keeps crashing when I try to check out, although it used to work before the update. Also product descriptions do not list what the shoes are made of (leather vs synthetic) so I have to check the website anyways.

This app is just so well done. Smooth, slick, and intuitive. Super easy to find and buy shoes and even find stock in ALDO stores near me. Definitely one of my favourite shipping apps!

Does not offer pay pal as an option.

I ordered from the App but was not prompted to enter coupon code (there is nowhere to add those so I then had to reorder from their website). Also, shipment took much longer from the App then from the website (items were shipped by next day through the website but took about 3 days through the App). Finally, you have the option to pay through PayPal but they dont warn you that if you do, you cant make a simple return at a store (you have to do it through UPS... So you have to call Aldo to have them email you a shipping label to print). Definitely NOT ordering from their App again.

Something is wrong with the app.... It wont let me fill my cart.

The app seemed fine but it doesnt show the reviews from other people as it does on the website. Would love to see this feature.

I am a longtime Aldo shopper and could not wait until they got a dedicated app. I love the look and relative ease of use...."relative" being the key word. While Ive found the app to always be on the slower side in terms of load times, after this latest revamp its almost completely un-usable. No matter how many times I hit "Add to Bag", items never get added to my shopping bag, which (obviously) is insanely frustrating. This happens whether or not Im connected to wifi. I dont know what happened in this latest update, but its made the app completely useless.

Where is the Apple Pay! Missed opportunity guys!!!

This app usually never works, though I have an account on the main website. It doesnt recognize it on the app

Plain and simple—you cannot add a promotional code or successfully check out from this app. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered a pair of shoes and it took them a week to tell me that their inventory was not correct and that they did not actually have it in stock. First impressions are EVERYTHING. Its a nice looking app though.

Every time I open the app it says Aldo is experiencing difficulties. This happens after the update.

This app is one of the slowest Ive seen. On top of that, I bought a pair o shoes on February 18, and on February 23 they sent me an email saying theyre out of stock. Good job.
